Turbo – Border Collie, CRN 090995
Outrun Flyball Club is pleased to nominate Turbo for Region 21 MVP. Turbo’s value as a team member of Dog Gone Devils is undeniable as he frequently turns in times of less than 4 seconds. He is consistent, reliable and allows many other team members to achieve team times under 24 seconds. In the current racing season he has participated in every single tournament weekend held in region 21 (except one), which our team believes is an important criterion for being an MVP. In addition, Turbo participated at CanAm in October 2011 as representative of Dog Gone Devils. Outside of his tireless work ethic at flyball tournaments , this amazing dog assists in training new dogs at practice by working with them on passing drills, training new handlers on passing and tugging and working at the owner’s business as a dog who helps assess candidates for dog daycare – boarding. He has an excellent demeanor with children and other dogs, even those who are fearful. Turbo is wonderful pet who represents the best attributes of a flyball dog!
