DogGone Sydney – Treeing Feist, CRN 040761
Sydney was a little street dog rescue that needed a job to do and she found that job in Flyball. She was a Treeing Feist who took being feisty very seriously, and to say she liked variety was an understatement. She taught many new handlers how to play Flyball and rarely had the same handler more than two tournaments in a row. All you had to do was show her the treats and she was ready to run for anyone and with anyone. She ran with just about every team in the region, plus a few other regions in the south and included CanAm in her many adventures. She was always there for the newbies, ready to show them how it was done, both on and off the lanes. And at a little over 15 years old she ran her last race, earned her FG50K, and happily settled into retirement. She was truly an MVP to a lot of dogs and handlers in Region 11.
