Drake – Jack/Russell Terrier, CRN 150789
Drake, a JRT,stands just over 12 inches at the shoulder. He has spent the last eight years running as a height dog on Outrun and can run in any position being a fearless passer. Over the past year he has run in Finals at Can Am and nearly every tournament held in Regions- 3, 4 and 21. At the close of this racing year he has 93,379 points all earned jumping his height at 7 inches. This racing year he has earned nearly 20,000 points while racing in five different states. Drake has a personal best time in his life of 4.513 and a best time of 4.78 at his present age of 9. Drake is one of those dogs who always gives his ALL when playing flyball. Every photo of him shows how happy he is to race and flyball is his favorite game. Drake had eye damage and emergency surgery due to a cat scratch a few years ago and that has not stopped him from being an amazing sports dog though he does have some loss of vision in his right eye. I would be honored if you would consider Drake as worthy of Regional MVP.
