J.A.R.V. I.S. – Mix, CRN 210224
J.A.R.V.I.S. brings speed, reliability, versatility, and endurance to every team he races with. He runs equally well in any position, passing into or being passed by any dog. Anybody with a tug can handle him, even while his usual handler is running her other dog in the opposing lane. No matter how many races J.A.R.V.I.S. runs, his performance is just as good at the end of the day as at the beginning. It’s no wonder he is a go-to dog for double-listing as backup! Despite being a smaller border whippet (31 lbs), he ran a line-to-line personal best of 3.483 twice, the fastest a dog has ever run in Alaska. J.A.R.V.I.S. also helped put Alaska flyball on the map with his team setting an ADGW club record of 15.815 and winning the CanAm Classic Regular Division I championship in 2021. This year, J.A.R.V.I.S. helped usher in a new generation of flyball dogs by serving as a robo dog for them to pass into–at home and at an out-of-state tournament. J.A.R.V.I.S. is at a stage in his flyball career where he not only contributes to our current success but also to the success of our future!
