Pi – Mix, CRN 090417
All of our dogs are most valuable…… And then there’s Pi. He is the heart of X-Fidos, our top scorer, who loves flyball like nobody’s business. While his club is not Div. 1 and doesn’t play every tournament, he has led the club with consistency and speed. He was often the only height dog who could run every race and run any position for any handler. When X-Fidos is not entered, Pi brings his consistency to the open class, and he remembers and greets those team mates as friends. As he approaches his 10th year, X-Fidos celebrates who he is to us and to region 7: an odd dog, saved from euthanasia by a 3rd owner, now a successful, driven, leader powered by positive training and his almighty love for a ball. Pi is our club’s story, proof that any dog, any size, breed, or background, can be successful when doing what they love with who they love. If you’ve been in the ring with Pi, same lane or opposing lane, you were/are his world. His nomination is also our “thank you” to Reg. 7 for creating the world that makes Pi our MVP. The X-Fidos
