Ranger – Mix, CRN 140208
On behalf of Alamo Racing Canines, I’d like to nominate Ashley Stricklin’s Ranger for Region 5 MVP. Ranger didn’t have the best start in life; he was found stray in Hondo with a badly mangled hind leg. Ranger had been shot with a gun and the leg healed in a nonfunctional manner. Ashley did the amputation on the limb herself, and adopted Ranger. Once he healed, Ranger became Ashley’s first flyball dog, running in all positions successfully – as a TRIPOD! Ranger is always a fan favorite at the Houston World Series of Dog Shows, he loves to hear the cheering in the crowd as he smiles all the way to the box. Ranger also loves running for the junior handlers in our region. Ranger deserves to be Region 5’s MVP because he has so much love for the game, despite what he’s been through. Vote for Ranger!
