Sylvia – Mix, CRN 150014
The Queen City Road Runners nominate “Sylvia” of the Dixie Flyers for Region 14 MVP representing the All-American rescue. You will know when Sylvia is present at tournaments as she proudly announces her arrival with boisterous barks. She anxiously awaits her turn to play her favorite sport and snag the coveted ball. Jennifer adopted Sylvia from rescue after being dumped on the side of the road along with her mother and sibling. Sylvia is 12 years young and not slowing down. She boasts Iron Dog, Multibreed Onyx and HOBBES!! Sylvia has helped field our teams when needed and is always happy and eager to help any club when needed. She can run any position and for any handler. But, be warned, you better have cheese to reward her efforts. (She doesn’t work for free after all.) Sylvia stays busy between races stealing stuffed toys from raffle tables, photo booths and other dogs’ crating areas. Sylvia’s motto is to live life to the fullest and PLAY FLYBALL!
