Shay – Border Collie, CRN 100153
Shay has lived for flyball since his debut on his first birthday. He has proven again and again that older dogs can enjoy and play this sport having earned his Iron Dog 2018 and his Hobbes in 2014. Shay has played in Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska in addition to traveling outside of his home area. Though he was initially selected to be an obedience dog, Shay discovered that his time in flyball ring was more intense and fun than obedience. Shay is all about the game and can run with any group of dogs so he often plays on open teams. Shay and Jeanne ran four tournaments before the pandemic and they would appreciate your support for this award.
