Achilles – American Pit Bull Terrier, CRN 090568
It’s not easy being a pit bull in America today, but Achilles, from Revolution Flyball, makes it appear so. Often seen running start on their fastest teams, he is a speedy, dependable competitor. Despite his size and muscle mass, Achilles is remarkably quick on his feet, faster than a dog his size should be. Watching him run will take your breath away. But really it is off the lanes that he is at his most impressive. As a sweet, gentle ambassador for his much maligned breed, he helps his club carry out their chose mission to champion rescues and bully breeds. Furever Fun expresses our admiration for this noble spirit by nominating him for the 2013 Region 15 MVP Award.
